Happy Memories

What a great time we had on Sunday It was so cool to have Grant and Holly, Jason and Heidi, Brian and Tiffany, Beau and Stefanie, and 11 grandkids. (plus Grandpa Cox). It was like old times having all that help. My Dad thought there was about 50 of us. At times it sounded like that. The kids had so much fun up on the mountian behind our house. This is what life is all about!

Well, I know I'm kinda slow but it took me a while to fiqure this out. I had my Dad over the weekend Its so sad when you start getting older. I hope my kids remember me when I'm old. But we did enjoy my Dad, he still loves to see me songs and tell about old times.
We are so looking forward to Grant and Holly arriving on Saturday! Yea!

Astoria

We went to Astoria yesterday-Its a very cool place-It was founded in 1811 and has many homes just on hillsides and many old homes-The Columbia River runs through it- It would be a fun place to vacation for a week or so- It was raining hard the whole time so we didn't walk around much- We ate Lunch at a good Chinese Resturant and enjoyed the Beautiful ride. Tomorrow its back to the Airport in Portland for the trip home- boy does the time fly when your having fun- I'm so glad I was able to come and see new little Ava (beautiful, I'm partial) and the rest of the family- Grant and Holly are so loving and made me fill so welcome as always- Thanks to them- we will see were the next trip to visit them takes me- My Prayers are to Grant to get a good job soon!

My Oregon Trip

I am in Oregon visiting the Zoo-The Zitting Family. My daughter, son-in-law, grandkids and my new granddaughter Ava. She is the cutest. The other day we went exploring Portland and I saw parts that I have never seen before. It reminds me alot of Seattle. But my favorite part is spending time with my grandkids. Even if it means picking lice out of Isabella's hair.

Today my son-in-law Jason Baker had back surgery. He is doing better and at home now. I am thankful that all went well and he is on the road to recovery. Today is also my grandson's Bridger's 9th Birthday. He is such a talented and creative young man. I am so proud to have him as my grandson. I love him so much.

I hope I can keep up with this blogging thing. I will update more later.
